MacRitchie Walk

Image
Nature walks in MacRitchie Reservoir have always been enjoyable for us! And we have managed to conquer the start of the running tracks into the forest! Yes! Without bringing a stroller! Good job, right? We travelled light, bringing a water bottle, extra children clothing, some fruits and jelly!   Eve with Gwen! Great Weather... Kate with a mini bun! That will give her some energy boost for her MacRitchie Walk These stumps are beautifully placed! Love it! Kate suddenly wanted to rest awhile at a nearby bench! We stood on the wooden stumps! Felt like those trophy stands.. We brought cut starfruits to quench our thirst, and home made jelly! Delicious! We picnicked on the open area near the zig zag bridge of MacRitchie Reservior Father and daughter selfie! Notice the legs between us, they belong to Eve! They sat at a shady place! Gwen's so happy to be on the mat with sister Kate! Happy picture! Look at the beautiful scenery! So...

That is... MacRitchie Reservoir. This is really a superb place. Still can remember my secondary school, I go there just for cross country run, and managed to get a pen every year as I emerge the top 50 runners. Look at this!! Ha. Josh has started to eat vegetables (fresh)! And not only that, he loves to have close contact with us too! Ha... Recently, we also found out that he is able to feed us with bread! And we just mention to him 'Give Daddy' or 'Give Mummy' and he will give us happily. Really amazing and I am really very touched for the first time he fed me! Today is his 1year1month and time certainly passes by very fast. Now, he wants us to bring him down for his bicycle rides too.  More learning and teaching is required as now he is also trying to stand and walk too.. Well, we also went to MacRitchie Reservoir on a Sunday and it is a pleasant experience there as its been a long time eversince we have seen a reservoir. And it is also our first time there with Josh.. Love these pictures! Find that all of us look so good!! Ha... (Self praise) But anyway, we actually aim to go to one place every week so that we can expose to ourselves the nature part of Singa...
