One Mac that one has to go...

That is... MacRitchie Reservoir. This is really a superb place. Still can remember my secondary school, I go there just for cross country run, and managed to get a pen every year as I emerge the top 50 runners. And that place didn't change much in terms of nature. The human aspect has changed as they have included more carparks, restaurants, water features and play grounds for visitors. Look at the scenic view and there are so few people present there. Really so amazed by this place. The place is so windy that I can let my (spikey) hair down! The reservoir has no visible fishes though. Probably it was sunny and the fishes went to hide. However, it doesn't matter. The trees, rustling of the leaves, the sound of the waters just calm your soul. People should come here often to be with the nature, and realize that nature is just so beautiful. 3 girls enjoying the breeze. Kate loves to eat her nuts and she really enjoys herself. Picnic at Botanic Gardens

Image
It's been awhile since I have managed to blog. Today we planned to make effort to go to Botanic Gardens because it's been awhile also since we have stepped into this place. I think it's our first time this year! Weather was initially not at our side, drizzling and stop and the cycle kept going on. We prepared our meals and we just decided to continue our trip to Botanic Gardens even though the sky was grey. At 5.30pm, we reached there and we are so happy because the weather turned out to be cooling and no rain at all! We set up our picnic mat, with the IKEA table. And we ate beside the scenic Swan lake! Really very enjoyable sitting there and view the birds, terrapins and the clouds. Josh and Kate loved it so much and after eating, all of us walked on the grass and played there too! Felt so carefree and the air is super fresh! Probably it's a good idea to stay near Botanic Gardens. It's like an escape from the urban landscape!
Hi everyone!! Want to remind you guys that now it's November!! What have you done this year that is impactful in your life or in others? This year has been an exciting year for me, meeting new people and to have new clients whom I can help. Yea! Sunday 31st October 2010 Well went to Help out at Eve's grandma side in preparation of food. Learnt alot in making popiah, as well as chicken curry. Find that it is fun to engage as many people in preparation of food for over 30 over people. If you haven't, you should try it. A meal on the table is easy to eat, but remember that it takes time to buy, wash, prepare and cook to form the meal. Apparently, it takes a week for her grandma to plan the ingredients for this event and she is now 85. Later, I went for appointment and rushed to meet my university friends at Marina barrage for kite flying. It is a joyous scene to see my friends once again and that it's time to catch up too. Then, we even had a picnic there. This ...
