Wow! This year's National Day Parade (NDP) is totally awesome! It's heart warming and I can really feel the love for Singapore! The performances were all participant-orientated. What do I mean? Usually the participants would just display their work and will exit from the stage away from the audience. This year, the participants were able to walk into the audience area, making them feel appreciated for their hardwork! I used to be a participant and I just feel that there is not much participant-audience connection. And this year, the Organising Committee has done well in this area. To top it up, after the whole event ended, the officer came out and thanked every participant. And they actually put up a finale fireworks just for the participants! I totally feel for the participants because they are unable to see the fireworks display at all in none of the rehearsals and actual day as they have to face the audience. What can I say? God is very amazing to us! On 1st of August, Eve's friend, Weirong messaged her saying that she has 4 NDP rehearsal tickets to give away! We immediately said 'YES'! Woohoo! And the tickets are at the prime seat area. Of course we thanked her so much! In the end, it was Eve's mum, her aunt Leana, Josh and Kate who went there. I had roadshow that day hence, I cannot make it.  Look at these precious NDP Tickets! Thanks Weirong!   On that very day, there were all so excited! Seeing the army troops, merlion, singing the Singapore National Day songs! They simply enjoyed themselves! HAPPY NATIONAL DAY Singapore! I was at the Parade performing yesterday and I tell you, the spirit was there and the fireworks are definitely the highlight of the whole event. Boom, boom, boom was the sound that you hear from the sky and great colours filled around the stadium as the fireworks exploded! WOO! Love it man. Somemore, I met my friends like Iris, Lijie and Crystal who came down for the event. WOOHOO! Took pictures and I am really glad to see them as I find that for the performance, they came down to support me. Ha... that's my way of thinking la. But come to think of it, its true right? They came all the way down to watch the NDP and watched my event. Which is in a way, supporting me.
