Sentosa Trip with Children

Image
Journey Honestly, it's been awhile since we have brought Josh and Kate to Sentosa. The previous few times, it's Eve who brought them to the Siloso Beach by herself! Proud of her because she was able to plan well, the sufficient logistics carried to the place. All of us came back with additional happiness in our faces! It was great weather today! Like usual, we took public transport to Sentosa. Josh wanted to take NEL. Hence we took the extra step from Circle Line to NEL, straight to Harbourfront MRT.  When we reached Beach Station, both of the children clapped their hands because they are so delighted and excited to reach! We, too also felt the same way too! Luge and Skyride   It's the first time we sat the Luge together! We took the courage to take the Skyride up to the Luge station. Boy, I tell you, every time I reach the connecting towers of the Skyride, I would have additional perspiration on my slippers! It's really hair-standing experience, but ...

Spending Time

Today, I fetched Josh and Kate from my in-law's place. And they were so happy to see me from a distance! I'm also so happy to see them too! I have decided to either bring them to Sentosa or Botanic Gardens. And guess what is their pick? Sentosa! The reason is because Josh remembered about the Sentosa train toy that we promised to get for him at the next visit. Lunch We munched at QQ rice at NEX. It's actually the healthy option for the children. Josh is able to order himself. What is required at QQ rice is that you have to choose your type of rice, and 5 ingredients! He told the lady that he wanted purple rice 紫米, and the ingredients are seaweed chicken 紫菜鸡, carrot 萝卜, chicken floss 肉松, corn 玉米 and silverfish 银鱼. I'm so proud of him! Sentosa   It's a fine weather today and they are also holding their annual event of Sentosa Busker's festival. We reached around 2pm as we didn't know that they only starts at 4.30pm and ...

Marine Life Park

Well, we went to Marine Life Park at Resorts World Sentosa for the first time! And it's really amazing that the small reclaimed space at Sentosa has so many sea creatures! It's really very fun to bring them to this place! It's good! I have been to Osaka's oceanarium, and they have the beautiful and huge whale shark! They have a lot of exotic sea creatures that Marine Life Park do not have. Nevertheless, each has their own speciality and at least we have a Manta ray! Did I mention 'a'? It is really privileged to have an oceanarium in Singapore. And I believe that there will more more additions to it. We had a quick lunch at nearby Seah Im Food Centre. Weather's really warm. Picture of grand uncle and grand auntie and us Picture of us! Ain't this picture beautiful!? Josh and Grand uncle. Picture of four and they have an exhibit about ancient Asia. Ain't this gigantic ship display amazing? And the whole place is actu...
