Mervyn Hoe: My Daily Happenings

Hi Everyone.... Yes.... this is another set of grad pictures that I have taken with my CSC and Material Science friends... :) The above 2 pictures are commendable.... The top is picture of me and Shufen graduating in 2007 and we met again in 2008! Ha... Look at our enthusiasm. Still high as ever... Haa~ My Material science friends who graduated with Honours... Meizhen and I are like playing the black and white game.... haa... Me, Zhenqin and Amanda.... :) My great CSC friends... Angel and me.... She is quite sick that day lo... But didn't get to speak to her much tat day... :) Yixin and me... she is my CSC Clementi Befriending programme friend...:) My Bud.... very proud of him to obtain a Masters Scholarship (is that right?) He's holding the gift which I have specially wrote for him... Are u touched, Bud??? Tommy~~!! My SRJC Health and Fitness first 3 months friend and he is really a friendly guy...

Well well I have finally underwent my Graduation already. And let me tell you, there are 3 types of emotion to talk about. Happiness, anger and tiredness. Happiness - It is because I get to meet my classmates again. I am really touched to see Eve, my best friend Bert, parents, my bud and CSC friends coming to support me. Even though I don't really feel very great that I have graduated, I just feel that I should show at least some form of smiles to them... Ha. Anger - WHY?? Coz when it was my turn to take the graduation scroll, the dumbass lecturer pronounced my name as.... HE LIANG GUAN, MELVIN..... But my actual name is HOE LIAN GUANG, MERVYN I really felt instant ridulous feeling when I heard it and I looked at the old prof for a moment as I trudged my way to get the scroll. Why can't they at least employ a better speaker... Its like studying for 3 bloody years and get to hear ur great name wrongly pronounced. Hallelujah.... Tiredness - Firstly, I got to wake up at 7.15am, wh...

Come to think of it, I will be graduating from NUS with effect from 28April2007! Which is next saturday. WOOHOO.... Really can't wait leh. The day has finally come and I am so happy that I can fully embark onto another journey again. Yes! Yesterday, I went to NUS to study and guess what? It was actually not bad leh, at the Central Library. Prior to that, I have gone to the Clubroom to actually meet Fred. I also got to meet Wenbin, Michelle, Shiyun and Grace. Feel quite distant from them and also from the clubroom. Think that I have really lost in touch with CSC already. I am also quite amazed with some of the changes. Firstly, I saw that there are actually alot of small handmade 'cabinets' with each of the Committee member's names on it. It's like a mini-mailbox so as to facilitate or pass information to each other. Find that its quite cool as they are able to write small messages to get to know each other better? Ha... Opps. This week is totally a week of complete dateline rushing. Felix, my lab partner and I are rushing for 3 practical oral exams this week and not only that, I am hoping that I can complete my song composition be completed this week! Yeah! Going to school makes me feel quite relaxed. And to think that for a full time student, there are actually quite alot of free time one can get. During the free time, they can slot in exercises such as swimming or sleeping. Ha. Anyway, 25 more days to freedom! WOOHOO! By the way, I am contemplating as to whether to get or to rent my Commencement ceremony costume for my graduation... hmm...
