Oh man! I'm so excited to see myself on tv on Saturday and Sunday, both on Channel U. And it's really amazing that I actually look quite presentable on TV!! Ha.. Want to thank my company for giving me the opportunity to expose myself to it. Sun Ho ---------- I'm really amazed that she has done so much things in the secular and entertainment industry for these past 10 years. And her talent in singing and dancing is commendable. Her command of English and Chinese are very strong and I feel that all of us should be equipped with this skill and make a conscious effort to master it. How nice it will be if you are able to be in the entertainment industry and influence people and win souls too. This is what I deem success! We should be bold to step out and cross over.

Wow.. I have this strong urge to pay finish my apartment by end of next year!! Yes.. That's my goal and no one can stop me.. People want to finish it in 30 years. I want to end the loan ASAP because I simply don't want any financial institution to earn my money! I have calculated that for the past few years, I have spent quite an amount purely on interest. That's not a wise thing to do. Woohoo.. I have just been promoted to Master FC in my company and yes.. It's official already.. Yeah! So happy about it and it's certainly a milestone for me. Now, I really need to work harder so as to pay my loan off!! Can't wait for it to end and also, after that, I can see what I can do to make money work harder for me.. Sentosa ----------- I really felt more balanced after spending quality time with my family members at the beach. It's really very relaxing and to have the sand and the sea to be with me.. Wow. Kate has passed the 9 month old mark and Josh has passed his 2year8month mark!! So fast and now Josh is able to speak near complete sentences and tell us what he wants. He is quite descriptive and will try to link words with things he knows. Eg: on the book, he saw the image of a cross, and he will say it's "十" in Chinese. But it's a cross. So amazing. Helper --------- Having a helper is good for cleanliness in the house as well as to ensure there is meals cooked for our family members. Recently, I went to a Thai restaurant at Plaza Sing, and I ordered Phat Thai. And it was so horribly spicy and black, I was literally burning inside and out!! I only managed to eat half of it and threw the rest. Simply put it: inedible. I always have a hard time selecting outside food, because I would feel that for the price, I can deserve better and healthier home cooked food. Ah.. Sometimes, its just that we are unable to do that. Wow.. Yesterday the bunch of us went to Sentosa and it's so fun! We had our lunch prepared at home, and I cooked fried udon with fish, vegetables, fishball and egg. Delicious! And we took the Sentosa Tram in. Josh was so happy and when we reached Siloso beach, the first thing he did was to dig the sand! The sand and weather were simply too good and we had good fun for about twenty minutes. He also put on the shades and it's to protect his eyes. Initially he didn't want to put on, but I told him, in order to see the jellyfish, he has to put on. And he listened to me. Shortly after that, he slept on the pram! Kate loved the weather too.. Enjoying the breeze and shelter with her grandma. There wasn't much crowd because prior to our arrival to Sentosa, it was raining. Luckily we continued on our outing agenda.

From 31st March 2012, we got ourselves a helper at home and it is really of good help for us. Now she keeps our house floor clean and help us prepare our food too. And she can cook to our type of food, less salty and oily. And this means that we have more family interaction with our children and I can spend more time with Eve too. I would not leave every household chores to her because at times, when I'm at home, I would tell her to prepare the ingredients and I would cook specifically the dish that I want. Not only that, I feel that I can spend more time to do telemarketing at my home, spending at least one hour a day to do it. Find that it's important because it brings the bread and butter for me and my family. Josh ------- Now at night, Josh and I would do drawing and coloring and I'm so amazed that he colours quite well and he concentrates fully when doing the activity. Yes! This point is so important for each and everyone of us before we decide to put into high priced items such as cars, real estate, investments and even luxury goods. I have to cater this pot of mine and it shall buffer me when there's a time of need. I find that many of us do not have such buffer set aside and this is really very risky. Should one meet with a crisis, he may need to forgo quite alot of things and this should not be the way. A guide --------- If you earn $5k monthly, the set aside amount should be $30k and you mustn't touch it. Of course, some may say if I have pay increment, how? Gradually, you should also increase this emergency cash of yours. Don't you find it more assuring if you have a sponge of $30k to back up behind you? Rather than nothing else.
