Well, I wanna thank Yiwen for hearing my story out and yes, am glad that I have actually shared it with her. Now I'm indeed feeling much better and things will turn out better, hopefully. Yesterday was certainly a day of learning, treachery (got this term? thought of using treacherous), and fun and sad. Lots of emotions coming in... Well, went to my Geok-yi's house and helped her with the installation of my home PC at her room. Let me tell u that this is the 3rd time in my whole life entering her room because she kept on closing it and locking herself up. There are times whereby I didn't get to see her even once for 2 years. Gosh... PC got fixed up but the printer can't seem to work. And the internet connection brought 96% of the cables but except the power adapter... what the... Next Tuesday have to do a second round. Went straight to Suntec via Roy's Car. Well, today, went to school and well, alot of things are running through my head. But anyway, I didnt act as if I have. Today, my friends after the first tutorial went and rushed to queue up for Zhang ZhiChen's concert tix at Central Forum. I was kinda shocked that even Felix want to go and watch. In my mind, I actually didn't want to go with them. Then, at the bus stop, I didn't follow them le. I feel that the 4 of them has somewhat become a click le.. And I like separated frm them... But maybe I think too much lo... I still kinda like their company. Oh well, they also play RO together but that is really not what I really like. I am actually kinda like to be alone nowadays. Today, got up at 8am! Can't believe it and my first lesson for the day is 9am. Woa! And I have no choice but to quickly make my way to LRT and MRT! Everyday have to move with the morning crowd. Simply gross... I told myself that I'd never be join them when I'm 25 years old! YES! Oh yar, took cab at Outram man! And cost me $7. Such a short distance = cost of a movie! Haiz... ha! But kinda worth it because I didn't miss much of my tutorial lesson. Then I chatted with one of my coursemate and he too, took cab! Think that 9am is really too early for us le! Today also marks the end of the xiongest day of my week! 9am-4pm! Imagine that! Hoo! (wipes off cold sweat). Really had fun with the geography practical as the 4 of us, Zhenhao, VJ, Viknesh and I separated our workload and manage to finish 4 graphs, 1 500word report, 2 hydrographs in 2hours. So Xiong man... Hi I swam today after the downpour in the afternoon. Had been thinking... Earth is really a great place that has undergone so much changes through billions of years. In fact, we are actually made up of dust and dirt and evolution has created us. This means that we are indirectly dust. Actually, this has been in my head when young. Learnt about galaxies today. Indeed, we have alot of them in the space and yet, they are too far to be reached. Imagine that I appear in another galaxy. Hi Everyone! Today, I actually spent around 6hours in the clubroom... Gosh! Amazing right? I didn't expect myself to be there for so long too! But it was kinda enjoyable. Hi Everyone! Today, went to bowling session with my BWW team! This is the first time that I feel that we are treating each other like a family! Everyone supports each other! WOOHOO! Btw, Yishun SAFRA is a great place for exercise. Saw the great rock-climbing wall, i bet that if one were to climb up there, he/she needs to request for a helicopter! Real scary! What a shag day! But it's worth it... I seriously feel that in NUS, life is not entirely about studies... Today, celebrated Lijie's birthday and seeing so many of us congregate at the top of the SRC building... cool experience! HA! And real happy because our Golden Rooster are able to meet up again. Feel happy to see them! :) I believe that the members in Golden Rooster will be very close in the future... coz we treat each other like family members... YEAH! Hi! Today is a fruitful day! Did 2 hours of volunteering at outside Arts Club... It's for the Pakistan Earthquake... Really good lo!! YEAH! Got pple even donated $5 coz they do not have any coins... am thrilled when I really see them! :) To tell you the truth.. when I'm doing the volunteering...alot of thoughts are running through my head... 1. I was thinking how lucky I was standing there helping the victims 2. I was thinking how fortunate to eat my meal in the canteen 3. I was sad and has a visual of a gal toddler crushed by a fallen wall 4. I was thinking what if I was one of them? 5. There is one gal with blood shot eyes... gosh. What have they done to deserve all these? 6. I must really help Chandan! U must wait for me... Gosh... I am a damn lucky person! Anyway, today also had my JAMX meeting... it's real tiring for me by then because of the day's running here and there... But it was ok... coz I manage to know much more about my team members and their views. :) YE

Today, surprisingly! I'm early for my lecture! Actually just reached on time... and really have to thank Felix for helping me lots today... photostat notes and helping me to transfer money! WOOHOO!! :) At school, today saw a few undergraduates going around and collecting money for the earthquake. And i donated my only notes RM$2... haha It's the thought that counts ok? YEAH! Hi Everyone! WOOHOO Today learnt something new from XYZ! That is to make use of earphones to record your voice as voice clip in MSNv.7.5. I am really very amazed because all along, I thought that earphones are to be placed at the obvious area! HA!! And when I tried it out... cool! But I sound ghostly! HA!! Anyway, doesn't matter. But it's fun! If you guys wanna try it out, I highly recommend it! Coz it's super fun la... Oh yes, today learnt alot during the Biz roadshow today! WOOHOO! Ha.. guess what is this pic?!? I am so thrilled when I manage to find this 1978 photograph! WOOHOO!! IT's the picture of the YIH slope! It has a major landslide in 1978! Am so proud to find this photo man for my practical report!! WOO!!! Anyway, it is kinda amazing that the covered walkway was present eversince 1978. And do you know that the YIH slope was engineered twice and it was made even steeper coz they construct a concrete base, and later covered with cowgrass! Interesting right? HA! I have certainly learnt alot from this module Biophysical Environment of Singapore. Cool man!! YEAH! Oh yes, today attended school... late for lecture again... why!? Today, went to MacRitchie! Was so glad that it rained. And suddenly, I thought that my Geography project should include rainy sightings of the trails. So clever of me right? HA! Anyway, i used my handphone pictures to take the photographs. It's interesting to walk in the trail alone with an umbrella. At some points, it's kinda scary and in 1km, think that there is only 1-2 people. When walking, I even thought what if I was dropped into reservoir and no one will know it. HA! The wooden trail is one of the scariest. Imagine you are walking and on ur left is all the leaves and trees and the right is the reservoir, without any support. HA! I reached a point whereby there is a break in the trail. The trail was submerged in water! Can you believe. I climbed the railings and jumped over to the land and jumped back again to the other side. Gosh. THey should do something to that portion of the trail. There are alot of clouds surrounding the untouched portion of the MacRitchie fores

Hi Everyone! Today, got up so late!! 10plus and left home at around 11.20am... Reached school at around 12.30pm. Actually for me, I feel kinda fun that I'm late for lectures! HA! Hi Everyone! Today, went to school late! Late for 20mins for tutorial. What the... really feel that living in Sengkang is really a chore at times! HA!! But anyway, i'm ok with it la... Got back my Polymer test result.... 63.5%. Not bad la! HA!! :) Have to strive harder lo to get at least a B+. WOOHOO! Anyway, is very interesting because VJ and I did a actual fieldstudy on YIH slope! Very gaoxiao and comical. But learnt alot! HA!! We found the angle of the YIH slope and measured the height of the slope too~ IT's very taxing to measure initially because we have to throw the measuring tape down from the top. The rock didnt work. In the end, VJ used her slipper. Very innovative and very funny! Then, to measure the angle, I have to be in an awkward position. Sitting and nearly lying on the pavement and measure the angle. Hi Everyone! It's been so long eversince I have written by blog... Need to back-blog for awhile... I feel that time really pass by faster and faster... It's good because I am closer to the holidays. Hi Everyone! Well well, no more tests coming up and I'm feeling very good! Well, feel that life in NUS shouldnt be necessarily on books, lectures, tests blah. The list goes on. Recently, I have chatted with one of my Prof who tested Felix and I on Material Science practical. I told him that I can't wait to graduate and he advised me on getting an Honours degree as well as Masters. My eyes were already rolling from up to down when he told me that. Gosh. I don't find that getting a degree will give u a safe and high income salary. Do you agree with me? I strongly believe that alot of my friends has the mentality that having a good degree will get you a job and a good future... Honestly speaking, I feel (and will one day)tell him about the 'benefits' of a job. We don't own jobs and jobs are the ones owning us. I told myself that I will never ever work till an old age. Never! A Job really controls one's life and doesn't help us in attaining our dream.

Hi Everyone! I am really very happy with my life!! YEsterday marks the end of Grant A Wish 2005 and it ended with a high note. Real happy about that!! Yesterday, Denise and I were the emcees and were very delighted to see the children when they swarmed towards the MuseuM.
