Time waits for no one. I really feels so happy.. Celebrating Kate's birthday, meeting with my clients, cooking for my family, playing with Josh. Oh man.. And it's Saturday!! I attended a three day course and managed to learn some good tips on servicing and I have alot of areas to do actually. And in the midst of it, I found out that many of my colleagues have their own fair share of problems and I also learn their passion in their work. Sometimes we admire a few people because they are successful with good career and car and family. But when you ask them personally, somehow they will share with me what happen on the other side. And when you hear about it, you would sympathize with them and I really hope things will be better for them. On the good side, I complimented them on their good points as well as my truthful comments to them. Wow.. I have this strong urge to pay finish my apartment by end of next year!! Yes.. That's my goal and no one can stop me.. People want to finish it in 30 years. I want to end the loan ASAP because I simply don't want any financial institution to earn my money! I have calculated that for the past few years, I have spent quite an amount purely on interest. That's not a wise thing to do. Woohoo.. I have just been promoted to Master FC in my company and yes.. It's official already.. Yeah! So happy about it and it's certainly a milestone for me. Now, I really need to work harder so as to pay my loan off!! Can't wait for it to end and also, after that, I can see what I can do to make money work harder for me.. Hi Everyone These few weeks have been quite an occupied week for me. I am really very happy that I have managed to fulfill some of my targets! :) Thank god for it.  Josh is growing very well and at times, I just look at him and that can't believe that he is my son, smiling back at me! Ha... Yesterday, I did rollerblading back at my place and its been over 2 years that I have actually bladed. And it was quite rusty but I am able to move! Ha... Tell you this thing, joggers speed are even faster than me! Can't believe it, was rollerblading at bishan park. House ------- For the our house, we feel that there are quite a few things that we do not really need and use. Thought of actually to throw or sell or to give away. Honestly, it is taking up the space in our house. Still in the discussion and probably I may give away.

I have to post this: LIZARDS in my house. --------------------------- I have LIZARDS... yes, with the letter 'S' at the back in my house. This is terrible. Last night, we did mango shake and we left the rubbish at the sink. Guess what? After 10 minutes of neglect, Eve found a lizard in the rubbish bin. And I quickly came and the lizard refused to come out. I quickly took a plastic bag, covered the bin and flipped it over.  Then, I was thinking how to dispose the lizard. And guess what? I quickly filled up a pail of water and plunged the whole bin, so as to drown the lizard. However, to my surprise, nothing came out. I flipped it the other side and it is still stuck there with its webbed feet.  Then, my father in law suggested that I spray water at it, and make the lizard fall into the toilet bowl, and we flushed it.  Ha... But this is not successful because the lizard has powerful webbed feet. Later, my father in law decided that we bring the bin out o...

Everyone! Guess what?? We have both decided and made the move. Yesterday 12March2010 morning, we told our maid that we do not need her service anymore and that she can leave around in the late evening. She was all so calm and expected that because behind our backs, she had been finding a new employer. We left it in a cordial mode, saying that we have 'financial difficulty' so that she have nothing to bargain about.  And we are very happy that everything went fine. Wow, this boils down to us planning the household and having the house fully back to our control again... :) The main reason why we do not want to hire a maid because 1. we had no more control of our house.  --- we feel that the kitchen's stuff are not handled by us anymore. And for the food, we don't even know what is in the cabinet, fridge... just leave it entirely to her. 2. Household chores are meant to be delegated and that will make it our house OUR HOUSE.  This will actually make us have ...

Well Well! I'm very excited that my church has bought 80% of suntec convention centre...which means in future, one year from now, ALL our services will be there! And it is so much convenient...near my house, near my office!! And best of all, no need to wake up earlier for Service!! YEA! Really am amazed how a vision was brought into reality. And I believe strongly that with this move, my church will grow more and reach out to more people! ---------------------- Eve and I have discussed and that we want to see our apartment's title deed by Dec 2013! And this is really a blissful home and that we can do whatever things we want! Nowadays, we would cook meals together and they are all healthy meals... And I love them. Just that eating brown rice will make me go hungry easily. Ha... This week, it has been quite a fruitful week for me! Yea!! I have yet to post some of the events that took place in my life last week! Yo! Let me tell you! I have been washing and cleaning the house for the past 4 days! And it is really no joke... Moving to a new place is exciting... However, there are really so many things to do! Luckily there are really people helping out... And the amount of things to buy.... from big items (sofa) to small items (garlic)... My my! So many things in the 'TO-DO' list and it is ever increasing with time... even though we cancel some after they are done! Ha... Love the cancellation part...
