Mervyn Hoe: My Daily Happenings

Ha! Today is Valentine's day. I went out for awhile and I saw many people with flowers. To me, it's a special day for new couples! Just joking. For Eve and I, I bought for her a special cupcake! The red velvet cupcake from Twelve cupcakes! Love this cupcake!  Actually I just want to have a taste of it again after a hiatus of around 4 months of not getting to try it:). We both shared it and we enjoyed the taste so much. :) For Valentine's day, I bought a cupcake for Eve. As a mutual exchange, Eve bought for me a new age carousel for our kitchen cabinet. And after fixing it, boy we have much more storage space for our kitchen! It's so beautiful!! Guess her nesting instinct in this pregnancy is giving her ideas how to improve the house. I'm indeed proud of her that despite she is pregnant, she went to IKEA all alone and bought such a big box home! Luckily the taxi driver helped her to carry to the void deck. Utterly disappointed with Singapore IDOL! Kns!! Simply turns me off. The performers are really very skewed and Singapore Idol is not a competition about the quality.... it's the quantity of the votes.... THAT'S ALL! Leandra didn't perform her best that day and many of my friends felt it too... And you know what? She is in the top 3 positions. Can't believe it... -_-!! This reminds me of the Rhapsody Concert which I attended last month. It's simply popularity vote... I'm not going to watch Singapore Idol anymore... Woa!! I was simply so fired up, the engine in my head!! The Vitamin B really works!! I did 2 maths tutorial in one go! Ha... Till 2am... I am so happy today because I get to watch 'CELLULAR', a movie starring Kim Bahsinger. And it's about a kidnap story and the entire movie actually brought me to the edge of the seat! Very exciting and very original.... Feel that technology, the handphone, is an amazing tool and they reall...

Today was an okay day for me. I went out for my work straight after I changed the food for my hammies. And i missed two 27s along the way! Have to wait quite long for the bus. Everyday, I have to take to EXPO. And it's always standard that the train will arrive at 9.43am. And I'll reach my workplace's guardroom at 9.55am. Today, I was exceptionally tired. After one minute of sitting down on MRT, I dozed off already! Ha! Shaun came back today from his Malaysia trip... He ok only la... coz he only treated us the dried fish tidbit... Not bad though. I went home and washed my hammies stuff. It's been over one week already. And I've got my flu back again after smelling the dust and the hay. But it's normal for me... Sinus lor.. Tomorrow, my gf and my friends are going to Thailand... Well.. I'm not going because I need to HAVE FREEDOM! Haa... kidding la..
