Today, I got back 3 of my test results!! Xiong man... one after the other!! Breakdown: HISTORY (55%) GENES (14/30) CHEM (18/24) Ah!! I can't believe that my history is 55%! Ha... smoked my way through and for the factual part, I got 9/20~! But for the essay, I'm so happy that I got 30/50! Ha... So gaoxiao!! I really need to work on my History facts though!! :@) It's like when I receive the test paper from my tutor, she called my name and folded my paper into half. I thought I was the lowest (which is 38%). When I looked, I was so happy that I passed! Yeah! For Genes, oh man... I nearly wanna vomit. I can't believe that I actually did so bad for it!! Alot of the mistakes are not careless leh! It's totally dunno!! I thought I know but it turned out to be wrong! Diaoz!! The more answers revealed,the more duiz I get!! -_-!!!!! Woa... midweek!! Can't believe it man...time pass real fast... I've attended my Nano lecture today and guess what, I can't believe that the lecture said, "Mid-sem has passed." And that made me think that I have been in NUS for close to 2 months already! HOO!! MONEY CRISIS ! I feel like not joining the SKie project! Coz I feel that I have not enough $$ to go there. I know that my mother can help to sponsor me to go... But thinking about my bank account, I can't believe that I actually spend alot!! But in fact, I didn't!! ARGH!! Later need to study my bank bk again!! Think for the next few days, PLAIN WATER and YONG TAU HU is my diet already!! Argh.... can't spend $$ on fruit juice... and jap food already... TOO MUCH MONEY SPENT!! ARGH! MERVYN... I can't wait to WORK!!! Tuition came to my mind and I am super determined to get a student next year... gonna get maybe 2 lo!! Yeah!! So that I can have my own $$ to support myself!! YEAH!

Yesterday was a fun day! In fact, I went to my NDP C5 group gathering to celebrate Mooncake Festival! The turn-out was not bad... around 20 of us turned up! We lit up the lanterns and hung them on the plants beside the stone tables. We are so busy doing that. Also, Melvin used his camera to take snippets of all of us! Ha!! Anyway, we also played the sparklers and one of our friend, she is very determined to setup the rocket sparklers. I wonder if you guys have seen it before. I, myself, hadn't seen it before. But this friend of mine, she is like a mini rocket-scientist. She tried out a total of 8 ways of constructing the rocket sparklers but they were all failure... I encouraged her to carry on to 100... coz the 101th will be successful. She's quite disappointed though... But she'll get over it... Such a small matter somemore... We played the Mystery number whereby the loser pair will do those dumb forfeit. Ha... So gaoxiao... And not only that, we also threw

Feelings... Well, I feel that in a relationship, one should really understand each other feelings. Be it said, be it felt, it should be expressed clearly so that the other party can know about it... Guessing can be a good thing... But I feel that it is very important to constantly put yourself in other people's shoes so as to get the rough feeling of how or what the person is going through... Having rejection in something is a stepping stone to success... When you introduce an idea to your friend, it is not necessary that he/she may like the idea. But you have actually done your part in sharing the existence of the idea... New Ideas, like food, not all people like the same type of food. So if they are unwilling to accept the new idea, it's okay. Once you get to learn the power of rejection, you will know what are your strengths eventually! Yeah! Selling of SKiE Calendars Sold a total of 21 Calendars, together with the help of Crystal and Chee Kian!! Yeah!!

Today is the final day of my NUS mid-sem break!! So fast!! Really buay tahanz!! Well, today, I juz feel that I have been occupied with events... Wonder at times whether is this good or bad. However, I do feel over-pressured sometimes. Guess that it's normal and this is how people move forward. AH!! Tests, quick come so that I can get over them A.S.A.P! Coming to NUS is certainly an eye-opener. Met people who juz wished to complete their 3 years, get a decent degree and ready to get a job. Others are very hardworking and even has an average CAP of 4.8!! WOA!! That's really my idol man! Met some who are very dedicated in their CCAs and still manage to get not bad results also... Muz really strike a balance in both. Travelling from places is not a thing which I like. But now, I am trying to make full use of it. That is trying to read a book to maximise the travelling time. Woa... it's been a long time eversince I have written my BLOG! Busy with meetings! Today is the meeting day... I've actually scheduled myself for 3 meetings. The first is the India Expedition Meeting... Well, I thought that it was 12pm. And I reached at 11.30am. When I entered, they are all there and I thought that I'm real early... Later, I found that they are already at the midst of the meeting...! They started at 10am!! WOA!! Can't believe it man.. got the time mixed up! Ah! We spent another 5 hours planning for the programmes in India... woa... mentally shag!! Next is my Main Committee meeting for Community Service.... The turn out not bad, have 11 people! YEah!! THey thanked me for the mooncake festival again! Ha!! Feel so happy! ;) For the 3rd meeting, it was supposed to be at Suntec. Visit Zehe's Grandpa's Wake Today is Zehe's birthday. But I didn't wish him at the wake itself coz I feel that it is very rude. My mum and I went to Paya Lebar MRT together and I thought her of a new way to go from my house. Hope she'll learn it if she goes to Ah-ma house again. Anyway, I met Renshao at Paya Lebar MRT today and he drove me to Balam road. Along the way, I told him to turn left and he didn't even want to listen to me. I was quite mad as eventually, I was correct!! Argh!! And in the end, we have to make a cumbersome windings of the road to get to Balam road... I feel that one should really treasure your relatives, especially your grandparents. It's kinda amazing if you view it this way. They are the creation for ur parents and you... which is very spectacular in the sense that she can produce so many of us... like a chain rule... wooo! Ah-MA! Woo... it's been a long time eversince I have visited Ah-ma. Felt quite guilty.

Project work Well, today we discussed the main gist of our NanoWorld project.... It's about Abalone Shell! And we are going to find out it's secrets!! Juz to type some interesting info: 1. Abalone shell has a molecular structure similar to that of muscles. They have ligaments that hold the abalone layers together!! AMAZING! 2. It is made of the same material as CHALK... but it is as strong as diamond!! 3. The abalone flesh provides nutrients for the shell, juz like humans eating soybean for their hair growth!! Ha!! GANT-A-WISH I accidentally spell 'GANT' instead of 'GRANT' because we spent hours cutting out the alphabets for these words. And at the end of the day, we found out that the letter 'R' was not printed out at all!! So gaoxiao. A few of us did the preparation until we are quite shag!! Aiyo!! -_-!! But we had fun... Hi all!! Today I was really very very tired lehz!!! I woke up at 9.40am and met Alvin and we did the LSM assignment today... Quite tough you know! Can't believe that people actually told me that they spend juz 10 plus minutes doing it.... -_-!!! What has the world turned to !? Chem Practical Yeah!! MOONCAKE FESTIVAL CELEBRATION This is the most exciting part of my University Life...Holding a mega event about MOONCAKE! I am not going to talk about what I have done.. these are my feelings: I am really very happy and grateful that people actually made their way down to the School of Design Environment(SDE) Foyer for the event. I was kinda worried that the turn out would not be very good because of the morning's long rain. AH! I am also very fortunate that Lihui, my assistant, together with her friends are able to spend their precious time to do the 'backstage' preparation for the event! Namely: ShunDeng, Clarice, Renjie, Crystal and Zehe. Real touched!! :) Really thank them for their effort. Actually, alot of preparation has been made for this event. I even went down to Chinatown twice to buy mooncake, lanterns and pomelos. Quite xiong. But now, I know where to get them at a cheap and good price already.. If you wanna know, ask me ok?! Seriously, in a relationship, both parties must understand each other... Be it what they do, or think, you should actually put in his/her shoes... I feel that I'm really bogged down by activities... Really need to split my time properly. Delegate them well... Now, I really need to concentrate not only on my core tests and also the MOONCAKE FESTIVAL.... :@) Jam X Booth Today, I went to help out with the JAM X booth. And my friend and I spent the time reading the textbk! Ha!! I also get to meet one of the singers for last year's Jam X. She was featured in the video. And their group actually won the first prize. So amazing man!! So qiao. And another couple came to see the video and said that the girl on the video is good. But she didn't know that she is talking about the girl, who is right beside her!! HA! History Test! Ah!! Today is the History test and my mind is totally blank! I have tried highlighting the facts though. When the test paper came to me, I tried. And there came across a word, which I have actually spotted when reading the textbook. Can't believe that it actually came out! Ha

Happy and Tiring Day English I forced myself to wake up today man! Anyway, when I entered the class, I found out that we have to actually write the first draft for the essay. And need to do the peer editing. It seems that I'm the only guy who didn't write at all!! I panicked man!! Then, I told my partner to give me 15minutes. I immediately used the outline which I have formed on Monday and quickly drafted out a four-paragraph essay. And I managed to do it within 15minutes. Heng ah!! Ha!! Then, he helped me check whether have mistakes or not... Later, he told me that he didnt find mistakes at all. Hmmz... then, I went to approach my tutor to help me to vet through. I learnt quite alot from her! Yeah!! Within 2 minutes of vetting, she knew where are my mistakes already! And before leaving the class, I handed up the second draft. :@) Selling SKi.e. Calendars at Arts Yeah... I'm so happy today that I sold around 10 calendars to the students today.

Woa... Very shag man Mooncake Discussion Today, I met Lihui and we discussed about the Mooncake festival preparation. She went to recce for the mooncake, which I feel it's good!! Ha!! Anyway, at the end of the day, we have come out with some idea with what to do on that day!! :@) I'm also very happy that I managed to talk to the in-charge for the mooncake shop today!! And after my explanation to him, hoping to get some rebate, he's cool!! He decided to give us 30% off the Mooncakes!! Yeah!! So happy man!! :@) Which means that we'll be spending lesser amount of money. The money constraint is quite tight. Today, I feel that I have really tested myself for tolerance. I woke up at 7.20am despite sleeping very late last night. My head was still quite achy from the alcohol! Hi!! This is the first day for September!! So fast!! 3 more months to 2005~! After school Met Yiwen at City Hall MRT and we went to the World Stamp Collection at Suntec Convention. Today is the final day for their exhibition. There are a fair amount of people present. When we reached, we immediately bought a stamp passport -- one that contains blank pages of country names and we can stick any stamps, like Russia stamps at U.S.S.R page. We looked at some first day covers of Singapore. They are really nicely preserved. But I didn't carry enough cash with me. That's why I didn't really buy. I only did some selective buying of the stamps. Different countries have different shapes of stamps. Some from simple to exquisite. And it makes me think of something.
