Love this song so much!! This is for the Typhoon at Taiwan... Lyrics are very meaningful...
My son passed motion on me! Ha.. So funny... And he gave me the expression "Do you want more?" Then, I find it weird and saw it... on my couch and on my shirt! My my... Thanks my son! Ha...
Hi! Today I managed to catch my most favourite movie since Primary School... Its called "THE NET" starring Sandra Bullock. I tell you, it is a well-written movie and the story is about a woman, who got her identity stolen and how she managed to get back hers. The interconnectedness of today's world is all by computer. And with just typing one's IC number, every information from health to education to personal bank account can be tracked. And the amazing thing is that the movie is done in 1995! Wow... search youtube... the net by Sandra Bullock! :)

Hi Everyone!! Been quite occupied with baby the moment I come home actually. Find that now, everytime I'm back home, my time is dedicated to Eve and Josh. Ha. Well, its good because it is something to look forward to after a day's work and that seeing Josh sleeping makes me feel peaceful too! Have uploaded some pictures here. The green mattress is actually is crib. He loves to sleep there and its similar to that of the olden days, the hanging crib. :) Doctors say that babies love to sleep in a crib because the surface is not flat, making them feel as if they are still in the womb. He actually cries less often when placed in the crib then on a flat bed actually. Ha.. The above video is actually for my mother-in-law. She is also learning, like me, how to bathe a baby. This footage is actually showing how my confinement lady cleans Josh's head. :) I have to start to learn to bathe him probably on the 3rd week. Because now, his neck is still
Hi Everyone! Well, feel relieved when yesterday Josh went to Polyclinic to check on his Jaundice level. It is even lower now... yea! But exposing him in the morning sun is still required though for faster healing. Find that now, since that he is drinking more breast milk, he urines more frequent and the volume is even more now. Ha. And this means, I have to change him even more frequent... Last night, while carrying him, he farted again... and he passed motion... I actually do not know why. But most of the time when I carry him, he would pass motion. Do I instill pass motion to him? And when I clean him, he would combo twice! Spurting out the motion... The first time, I wasn't prepared and it got onto the bed. This time, I am prepared. I kept doing the 'passing motion sound' and he spurted out the chocolately stuff! Ha.. Still have alot of things to learn though. Eve searched the web about training baby's brain, and it is actually very important during
Hi Everyone!! Never tell you yesterday! Well, I went to ICA to do the passport and I left my wallet at the counter... and it was missing... This is so terrible... but thank god I still had the 2 ICs with me in my pocket.. I mean... I just transit myself from one counter to another.. and it was gone... The person who saw and took my wallet is really an asshole. Pain in the ass! Anyway, I didn't really feel that bad afterall... Find that all these can be replaced. Probably from all these nights, I didn't really rest well, which caused this carelessness... From this, I learnt that all of us should place some cash in other parts of our belongings... for eg in the pants, in the bag.... and not everything in the wallet. Seriously! :) --------------------------- Today went to meet 5 people... Ha. Find so happy... -------------------------- Today I went to KKHospital to visit my dear Josh... and it was feeding time. I brought the breast milk and I'm very ama

On 14th August 2009 8.00pm My wife, Eve started to experience contractions straight after contractions. 10.30pm We went back from our in-laws place and go back to our house. I took a shower and Eve carried on to have contractions, with 5 minutes interval. Initially we thought it may be fake contractions, but this time is different. She feels that she has to go to hospital. 11.10pm We packed our bags and we left for SGH 11.20pm We left house 11.30pm We reached SGH Blk5 Labour ward. 11.40pm We did registration and was warded to the labour ward. 15th August 2009 12.30am I went in to accompany her after the checks by the nurse. Contractions are also very prevalent, with intervals of 4-5minutes. And it gets stronger and stronger. 1.00am Nurse checked and she is 4cm dilated. So happy. 2.00am Nurse checked that she is 7cm dilated. She also added that by the rate of contraction, our baby will be out in 2 hours time... I was so excited. 2.30am We checked a

Hi Friends!! Woohoo!! Guess what?? LITTLE MERVYN IS HERE!!! Ha! My wife is really commendable! She gave birth to Little Mervyn at 0400hours at SGH and everything is natural birth. No epidural, no laughing gas and pain killers. And everything is all thankful to God. He really supervised and gave us lots of strength throughout the entire labour process. Tell you the whole story later... Gotta collect him back to Bishan~~~ Let you see him at one pic... Look like who?? Haa
Hi Let me tell you. Today is the actuall EDD (estimated due date) for my Little Mervyn. And I have been receiving alot of sms about the delivery and news for my son. But... till now, no news. AH! When will you come out to see us, my boy?? Maybe later at night? Tomorrow I will be going to the gynae again and see what the doctor has to say. This tuesday, actually went for a scan and the heart beat of Little Mervyn is very amazing. Pumping and pumping... Ha. Should have record it down and play it online... Ha. Still waiting!
Wow woo I'm so happy. Yesterday, Eve and I and my father-in-law went to SIN FLORA to purchase some plants to decorate our house. The trip was quite sudden because she chanced on the newspaper, stating that there is a 44% discount on all the plants there!! We bought quite alot of plants... Ha. Find that plants really give more life to the house and now that I have a pitcher plant to see when I'm washing the dishes. :) To keep me company. Well well, we thought that yesterday, we can go to hospital for the birth of our baby, in time for NDP. But we didn't have any much contractions last night. So it wasn't the time for our little Mervyn as yet. Ha. But I'm very excited... because it can be any of these days... 9th..10th, 11th, 12th or 13th. Want to share with you guys this. Do you know that nearly 50% of the births are overdue?? Which means they are past 40 weeks? I'm very amazed by this fact actually. Will little Mervyn be in this category?? **wa

Hi Everyone Its been a week eversince I have actually blogged. Well, something bad and good happened... My grandma passed on last sunday and it was quite a sudden event as she was hospitalised for over a week before she passed away. And I was there at the hospital on Friday. She has been unwell for the past 1-2 years or so, having a bad wound at her back and she has diabetes, causing the wound difficult to recover and thus, expanding with time. And she was warded to hospital due to fever. For the past 6 months or so, she has not been opening her eyes and has been laying on the bed, just drinking milo from her nose. That's quite a painful sight and whenever I visit her, I would touch her head and say 'Ah ma'... But she didn't budge at all... I'm actually glad that she has passed on because she is 91 and that she has been lying on the bed for over 1 year already. Pain or not pain, we are all unable to know it because she didn'
