Home Made Healthy Breakfast
This morning, we prepared our very own sandwich with a green smoothie! And it's so easy to make! We,humans are visual beings, and making your breakfast look presentable is very important.
Many a times, breakfast can seem so mundane. We need varieties. With green smoothies, you can just add different types of fruits daily to your drink!
As for the mains, you can also think of what to add into your bread. Avocados, cherry tomatoes, cheese with egg, shiitake mushrooms etc. So many variations. You just need to plan in advance the day before what your breakfast will be, and get the ingredients.
There is some preparation time. Hence, give yourself around 10 minutes to prepare breakfast for yourself! It's very do-able.
Most importantly, these healthy food definitely will make you feel and look good.
Green smoothie
We used
2 bananas
A handful of strawberries
A handful of romaine lettuce
A cup of milk
Some chia seeds
And we just blendit, and it's our green smoothie.
Egg sandwich
We fried 2 beaten eggs.
Add some fresh tomatoes, romaine lettuce to the pieces of bread and it's done!
We are so amazed that this healthy breakfast made us even more energized as it's not oily and starchy. Love it and Gwen tried some of the green smoothie. She just had the 'awed' expression! It's a good try. Ha!
