Sentosa Trip 29th December 2015

We decided to make our way to Sentosa in the early morning of 29th December 2015. It was drizzling. However, we just tried our luck to go to Sentosa. We brought additional two chairs with us so that we could sit on the sandy beach there.

Kate wanted to sleep at Harbourfront MRT! Cheerful Gwen!
We waited for their cousin Rachel and grandmother at Harbourfront MRT. And we went to Seah Im to have an early lunch. Ordered fish noodle soup, chicken rice etc. Josh managed to order by himself soya bean milk with less sugar too.

We went to Seah Im Hawker Centre to have our early lunch before heading to Sentosa.

Saw the Sentosa Boardwalk poster at Vivocity
We tried to walk the Sentosa Boardwalk. It's actually very fun! It took us about 15 minutes from Vivocity to Sentosa by foot, and it's FREE OF CHARGE! (Till 31 December 2015) If all 8 of us have to take the Sentosa Express, it will cost each $4. Hence, $32. Awesome savings!

The view from Sentosa Boardwalk is amazingly good!

Luckily, the weather was very windy and not sunny at all! We enjoyed the breezy walk.

Gwen loves to push her chair
From the Sentosa Beach Station, we took the Sentosa Tram ride to Palawan Beach. It's a windy ride.

Took a tram ride to Palawan Beach
Finally we reached the Palawan Beach! Beautiful as ever. Still can remember in university days, I frequent this place, for events and also hanging out with my friends. Now, I come with my family :)! Should bring hammock in my next trip here, so can hang in between trees and rest on it.

Finally! WE ARE ON THE BEACH!
We attempted to do our very own sand pit! FUN!
We dug a hole! Proud of this artefact!

We kept reinforcing the side walls of the 'adult swimming pool'

Brother and sister in the sand pit!
Honestly, the weather was not that scorching heat! Love the windy weather.
Cousins

Spotted a group of peahen. And they are interested in the apple chips that Gwen was munching.

Beautiful mum and daughter

We passed by a snake exhibit at Beach station and decided to take a picture of it

After that, we had dinner at Vivocity and took train back. It was a fruitful day for all of us and the children slept early that day too! Awesome! We will come back again.
