Christmas 2015

This year, I feel Christmas is special as we managed to celebrate it as a family, going to church service, munching together and enjoying the sceneries together. It's simple yet heart warming. We went to the morning service and it was candle light service. The whole seating arena was fully filled with people. Thank God we managed to have seats for ourselves.

Family picture of us. The children prefer to sit at the aisle.

The church members starting to spread the candle light from the stage area and passed it on to every people in the church!

Finally we got the candle lighted too! Jesus shines light upon our lives!

Josh made sure that our candle lights was always lit.

Happy Gwen!

Me with Gwen
Getting my children to hold the candle really needs constant supervision. There were three instances whereby they held the candle slanted and nearly burnt another's hair. Luckily nothing happened. Anyway, we were very fortunate to be in God's House and to celebrate yearly with one another.

After church, we headed down to CitiLink once again to have our lunch there. We managed to get to spot this fake Christmas house.

Kate and Gwen were so happy when they saw the Christmas tree!

They went to the fake house entrance, thinking that it could be opened!

We headed to Esplanade once again and spotted this moving cartoon feature. There came the Merlion and I creatively told them to follow it, and drink as much water as they can!

There is a children booth for them to colour fireworks. Awesome!

Funny Kate pointing to her own coloured firework art piece.

SG50!

There is this Esplanade bear. All of them love it so much.
We went out of the Esplanade and there were water features every where!
Gwen looking over the water fountain and she wanted to go inside!

Beautiful 'cloud' area for them to roam around

Kate wanting me to go into the 'cloud' area! How sweet of her!

Love this group picture of them
Esplanade, indeed, is a terrific place for us to bring our children to appreciate simple type of art. And the quiet ambience and empty spaces make us feel relaxed and free. We certainly enjoy such an environment and it will be a regular hide out for our family.
