On Labour Day, I went to Pulau Semakau!! It is a trip organised by my friend Siyang and I tell you, it is certainly a great learning experience for me...

Pulau Semakau is actually a landfill and this picture shows the ash that was transported from Singapore mainland to this island... this is the place where the tractors come and collect and deposit on Semakau...

Saw so many sea creatures and find that Singapore has alot of wildlife! Didn't expect it actually...

Sea Anemonie...

Sea sponge.... They are really amazing, able to filtrate the sea water. But they are poisonous. Once you touch it, your fingers are surely swollen...

Heart shape! Amazing?? This is not done by anyone... I happen to spot it....

Sea horse!

Star fish... Ain't it amazing.... So big... and JUICY! and the legs are just like our zipper in our pants... haa... so closely interlocked...

This is the actual star... but it cannot be placed on land too long...otherwise it will die.

Oh... this is a juicy crab that lives in a shell... and it is edible... haa...

Siyang with the starfish... And I tell you, at Semakau, there are so many starfishes and in one area, they actually name it "BOMB AREA". Everywhere is infested with starfishes... many are mating too haa...

Another picture of the sea sponge... Blue colour... just now its pink.

Oysters. But they may not be edible because of the sea. Maybe there are toxins...

After looking at so many creatures.... its human time!! Where I display HUMAN PICTURES...

Picture of me and Siyang (my secsch friend and guide)

The world is so small. Happen to be in the same group as my army friend, Yingkai! Really coincidental!! Out of so many trips, this is our first trip. Out of so many groups, he is also in my group...

What a huge Mangrove eh?? Pulau Semakau and NEA really put alot of effort in planting more mangrove saplings. Amazing... And they planted 6000 over saplings, just in their walk towards conservation.

This is actually the southern most point in Singapore!! The one is Sentosa is fake!!

More trips to come!!
