Honestly I find that in the hustle and bustle in our lives, we ought to just spend quality time and meals with our loved ones. Today, we went to a nearby place to munch at Ichiban Boshi. It's fun and we get to have some time with each other.



Meals doesn't need to be that expensive. And we just need to remove our gadgets and phones and just have a simple meal together. Other things can just wait and you will realize that it's enjoyable to just eat and the food is delicious. It's the company that makes the food extra delicious! 



Eve likes to buy this cod fish set, having the sauces separated as she prefer the original taste of the food. The sauces tend to make the food salty and masks the original taste of the food. Hence, next time if you want to order, maybe you can try this method. We really love the mint leaf at the salmon plate. So yummy and super fresh!



I didn't manage to take a picture of the food plate that I ordered. It's something new to me, having a mixture of salmon, swordtail fish and tuna, all in a plate of rice. They are very delicious, probably because of my hunger from today's jogging. It's really blessed to have such a time to enjoy. Of course, eating out together everyday will spoil the uniqueness of it. Hence, we decide to occasionally spend meal time out without the children. :)

Actually we felt that we have over ordered the food. Both of us were so full and we just tried our very best to finish the ingredients and left quite a portion of the rice. Too much food already. Ah.. Maybe we  can't have such heavy meals anymore... Prefer smaller bites like QQ rice.

Some other thoughts....

I kinda like this new hairstyle of mine, thanks to my hairstylist, Lien at CombHead Salon located at Plaza Singapura Level 4. You can just pop by the salon and request for him. He's versatile and I asked him to cut the hairstyle of a Hong Kong star. He just showed me and after looking at some, I have decided on it and he did a good job! Ha. The washing hair service is very special. You should probably give it a try.

We have booked in advance our 2014 Taiwan Trip! This is going to be so exciting and we are all looking forward to it! We will be staying hotels which we didn't stay before! And the price of the airfares are cheaper now. Better grab it before the price increases.

Cycling across Park Connector

Cycling has never been so exciting, and to see the children enjoying and exploring the new places, it's truly rewarding.  On Wednesday morning, our family with Josh's friend met to venture the Kallang Park Connector!  All geared up with scooters and bicycles!  We were thankful that the weather was fine and windy too!  Personally speaking,  I really love this bridge! The children were exhilarated when they reached it! Unblocked view 360 degrees!  Thanks to Kelly for the family photo. Initially, I intended to jog throughout the Park Connector. Instead, I rented the Ofo bike. I'm really thankful to find one at a nearby block.  We reached Potong Pasir, and it was well built with new bridges and greens. The Kallang River was clean, rubbish free!  We spotted many patches of plants mixed with lalang, cow grass, creeper plants and morning glory. We tried to find grasshoppers. Instead, we spotted butterflies, carpenter bees, Sting bug, water hens and their chicks, herons and egrets!

Baby 3 Part Two

Wow! Our new born is one day old already! :) I'm really very thankful for all the 200 over congratulations and well wishes from FaceBook as well as the fruit baskets from fellow friends and colleagues!  Baby Hoe on 9th July 2013 Josh and Eve and Baby early morning before Josh goes to school Aren't they loving? Happy grandfather with the three grandchildren. I honestly find that when we grow old, the success-o-meter is being a grandparent. And being able to see your grandchildren! It's certainly priceless. Me and my three children. Kate followed me to squat! So funny. Picture of Eve before birth. She sat on the couch. Then, when contractions came, she will get up and I will support her. Kids at Jacob Ballas (Botanic Gardens)

This afternoon, we packed our lunch and headed to Botanic Gardens, Jacob Ballas. It's a park filled with children and my children enjoyed so much at the pool area. It's Kate's first time playing at the pool and she loves water sprays! Can't wait for her to walk by herself and I can imagine her exploring water spray to water spray! Weather was great and I went to play with my children at the pool area! It's fun to be a child once again actually! I can still remember that time I brought Josh here and there were only expats, and not so crowded as it was a week day. Botanic Gardens has a wide array of plants. We managed to see ficus trees, giant water lily (which originated from Africa), banana trees and so much more! It will be great if I bring along a manual XLR camera with me next time. I'm quite amazed that there was a party area and people celebrated their one year old baby. They made it quite grand as they hired a host and there was children music and
