Chek Jawa!

Guess what??

Last friday, I went to Chek Jawa with Eve and her parents and her dearest dog, Steady. It's my first time actually to make my way down to Pulau Ubin for Chek Jawa. The previous time I went there was last year, its for Ethelonter OC Dinner Qing Gong Yan. Ha...


Let me tell ya, the place was awesome coz u get to see nature and backdated Singapore. It made me feel like as if I'm back in Tioman again, an island in Malaysia.


I made a few discoveries:
1. I saw attap chi! Nipah seed tree! Wow man
2. I saw stick insect for the first time of my life
3. I saw leech! Bloody leeches crawling on the sand! Eww...


When I get the pictures, I shall upload here. Yeah man...




I want to say a HAPPY Birthday to my SISter! Today 23Jul is her birthday. ANd also to Ray!! YES! I know its very late Birthday message, suppose to be on 18th July. But I really wanna hope that your birthday wish will come true and all the best for your studies man!!

Wow, I was really very shocked to see Huihui at Plaza Singapura last Sunday and her mum really didn't change much! She even treated me kongbapao with soyabean milk. Really very touched by her! Ha... :)

Iris, this meetup is really very funny. I spotted her at Chua Chu Kang and guess how did I call her??? I just shouted 'WEI!' WEI! And amazingly, she responded! Ha... That's what true friends really are man! HA!! So gaoxiao... :)

Cycling across Park Connector

Cycling has never been so exciting, and to see the children enjoying and exploring the new places, it's truly rewarding.  On Wednesday morning, our family with Josh's friend met to venture the Kallang Park Connector!  All geared up with scooters and bicycles!  We were thankful that the weather was fine and windy too!  Personally speaking,  I really love this bridge! The children were exhilarated when they reached it! Unblocked view 360 degrees!  Thanks to Kelly for the family photo. Initially, I intended to jog throughout the Park Connector. Instead, I rented the Ofo bike. I'm really thankful to find one at a nearby block.  We reached Potong Pasir, and it was well built with new bridges and greens. The Kallang River was clean, rubbish free!  We spotted many patches of plants mixed with lalang, cow grass, creeper plants and morning glory. We tried to find grasshoppers. Instead, we spotted butterflies, carpenter bees, Sting bug, water hens and their chicks, herons and egrets!

Baby 3 Part Two

Wow! Our new born is one day old already! :) I'm really very thankful for all the 200 over congratulations and well wishes from FaceBook as well as the fruit baskets from fellow friends and colleagues!  Baby Hoe on 9th July 2013 Josh and Eve and Baby early morning before Josh goes to school Aren't they loving? Happy grandfather with the three grandchildren. I honestly find that when we grow old, the success-o-meter is being a grandparent. And being able to see your grandchildren! It's certainly priceless. Me and my three children. Kate followed me to squat! So funny. Picture of Eve before birth. She sat on the couch. Then, when contractions came, she will get up and I will support her. National Day 2006

HAPPY NATIONAL DAY Singapore! I was at the Parade performing yesterday and I tell you, the spirit was there and the fireworks are definitely the highlight of the whole event. Boom, boom, boom was the sound that you hear from the sky and great colours filled around the stadium as the fireworks exploded! WOO! Love it man. Somemore, I met my friends like Iris, Lijie and Crystal who came down for the event. WOOHOO! Took pictures and I am really glad to see them as I find that for the performance, they came down to support me. Ha... that's my way of thinking la. But come to think of it, its true right? They came all the way down to watch the NDP and watched my event. Which is in a way, supporting me. Yeah. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On the way to the Stadium, I saw a group of people lining up and they were actually providing a service to paint 'Singapore Flag' on the faces of the audiences.
