Friends
On 29th April....Had a great meal with Stephen! Ha...




Guess what? We ate at ThaiExpress. And we are treated by Stephen, coz I have introduced to him tuition lobang and he wanna repay us!! Ha... so good-hearted right? Wanna treat him back the next time we meetup! Woohoo!


Oh yes, wanna share with you how I met Stephen. Its really of pure coincidence.


It was in Year 1 whereby I took Singapore Studies - Changing Landscapes of Singapore and I was attending tutorial for this module. Stephen missed his previous class and joined my group and he was sitting in front of me. Then, my tutor wanted us to have group discussion and through that grouping, gotta know him lo. And we joked quite a bit with my other 2 friends. Really very friendly person to talk to!


And from then, we exchanged contact. And one day met him in school with Crystal. What a small world because they knew each other. Ha... What a coincidence right? And then, we became good friends. Ha...



Talking about friends, just grabbed this from my friend from friendster.... Ha... (Having so many 'friend' words in that sentence).


This is the picture of my Material Science friends taken last year. Ha... My black band is gone already. It turned mouldy... Hai... Anyway, Ha...

Cycling across Park Connector

Cycling has never been so exciting, and to see the children enjoying and exploring the new places, it's truly rewarding.  On Wednesday morning, our family with Josh's friend met to venture the Kallang Park Connector!  All geared up with scooters and bicycles!  We were thankful that the weather was fine and windy too!  Personally speaking,  I really love this bridge! The children were exhilarated when they reached it! Unblocked view 360 degrees!  Thanks to Kelly for the family photo. Initially, I intended to jog throughout the Park Connector. Instead, I rented the Ofo bike. I'm really thankful to find one at a nearby block.  We reached Potong Pasir, and it was well built with new bridges and greens. The Kallang River was clean, rubbish free!  We spotted many patches of plants mixed with lalang, cow grass, creeper plants and morning glory. We tried to find grasshoppers. Instead, we spotted butterflies, carpenter bees, Sting bug, water hens and their chicks, herons and egrets!

Baby 3 Part Two

Wow! Our new born is one day old already! :) I'm really very thankful for all the 200 over congratulations and well wishes from FaceBook as well as the fruit baskets from fellow friends and colleagues!  Baby Hoe on 9th July 2013 Josh and Eve and Baby early morning before Josh goes to school Aren't they loving? Happy grandfather with the three grandchildren. I honestly find that when we grow old, the success-o-meter is being a grandparent. And being able to see your grandchildren! It's certainly priceless. Me and my three children. Kate followed me to squat! So funny. Picture of Eve before birth. She sat on the couch. Then, when contractions came, she will get up and I will support her. And she will go back again. This went on for 30 minutes! Baby Hoe on the heater machine The nurse measured and she is 51cm! Longer than Kate and Josh when born. National Day 2006

HAPPY NATIONAL DAY Singapore! I was at the Parade performing yesterday and I tell you, the spirit was there and the fireworks are definitely the highlight of the whole event. Boom, boom, boom was the sound that you hear from the sky and great colours filled around the stadium as the fireworks exploded! WOO! Love it man. Somemore, I met my friends like Iris, Lijie and Crystal who came down for the event. WOOHOO! Took pictures and I am really glad to see them as I find that for the performance, they came down to support me. Ha... that's my way of thinking la. But come to think of it, its true right? They came all the way down to watch the NDP and watched my event. Which is in a way, supporting me. Yeah. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On the way to the Stadium, I saw a group of people lining up and they were actually providing a service to paint 'Singapore Flag' on the faces of the audiences.
