Why so complicated?

It's really amazing that man complicate quite a number things actually. There are natural gifts provided and yet we didn't manage to grasp the full potential of them.

1. Soap Nuts vs Detergents

These Nepal soap nuts are amazing. Once you soak them, you can use the liquid for mopping of floors, washing clothes as well as multi purpose cleaning detergents.

They have no smells, totally clean and effective. I share an example is mopping the floor. Usually they are coloured liquids with fragrance. These definitely contain harmful substances and artificial colourings. And best is that they are harmful chemicals placed into the water drains.

Soap nuts works the same way and they do not leave any artificial smell and once you used it, the floor is similarly clean and safe. I have children and definitely I can say they can crawl safely on my clean floors at home. Who knows there may be still remnants of chemicals on the floor if we keep using detergents.

We bought them on a Bazaar. You can google on this. And nature has made it possible for us to wash clothes with soap nuts. Why need to get harmful ones? After we use them, there isn't any grime build up in the washing machines, and our clothes don't smell weird too! Amazing nature technology.

One should really give it a try!

2. Breastfeeding vs Milk powder

Heard of babies having constipation or even have milk bottle tooth? All these can be avoided through breastfeeding. And I can say the benefits of breastfeeding is a million times better than man made ones.

It's really very amazing that God has created things sufficient for us, yet some choose to go against and pay a higher price for lower quality ones.

The next best alternative besides breast milk is goat's milk, something I'm getting my children to drink. Now they are 100% goat milk fed.

3. Brown rice vs white rice

This one is strange because why do we need to eat bleached rice when the original rice grains are healthy and good? We just have discounted nutrients from the natural goodness of brown rice. I wonder why.

Can you think of some other natural products which are replaced by man made ones? Yet the former are still so much better...
