Letter from my company

Dear ALL HR Personnel,
I have received complaints from employees that some IA students are spotted wearing quite a-beng style - torn pants, track shoe without sock and bad seating posture in the shuttle bus.
I would appreciate if you could inform all Students on the appropriate attire to be worn to H******* office as this will affect our Company Image.

Its like the company is getting more and more picky about minute stuff.
Well, not that they are saying about me. But there are certainly some black sheep in the company which dressed as the above stated.
However, that is quite ridiculous.
Here are some of the views...
1.Who really cares if the person wears socks on the bus?
2.A-beng is incorrectly spelt. It should be Ah-beng.
3.They should actually talk to the people who really are in this category. Don't you think so?
For my 2months in this company, these are the various issues that were mentioned as 'Industrial Attachment Students Reminders'.
July:
-No talking, or other activities in the Lab as they may undermine safety.
August:
-No taking of shuttle bus services.
-Note your sitting posture, attire.
I wonder what will be the next few months??
Will they advocate the wearing of same colour underwear?
