Hi Everyone again
I have juz eaten my supper and guess what?? I watched tv today!! Which I had not been doing for quite long. Watched a show entitled "20/20" at Channel Newsasia. And they are showcasing a story about a pair of twins which are very unique.
They were both female twins. However, at about 35yrs old, one of them actually went for a sex change, to become a guy. He used to suffering from psychological stresses that made him to an extend of self-multilation of herself!! He hated his body... of why he has breasts and after that, he seeked alot of doctors and specialists. It took him about 2 years to have his voice deepened to that of a guy and gained muscle mass via repeated dosages of testosterone (Courtesy from Meitoon and Bertram).
Before becoming a guy, she used to be a rubgy player and alot of the players in the opposition team only managed to realize that they are competiting against a lady after the match. No one can really differentiate that she is a lady in the field.
The showcase stated that she is of the abnormality of having a mentality of a man but physically a woman. Both the twins are under the same care and human environment, and it's not due to external factors that contributed to this kind of abnormality. It lies in the genes and they suspected it's because of a near fatal accident that their mother had met when carrying both of them. Probably due to the sudden adrenaline rush, it sends some complicating or influx of male chromosomes to the brain... thereby creating such a case.
He's living his life well currently and he definitely feels much better compared to the past. His sister, actually didn't want him to undergo the operation and stated that she still can see the past sister in the eyes of him. Kinda special connection right?
I'm kinda lucky to see such a case because it makes me realise that there are actually many people out there, suffering alot mentally, and to some extent, go to self-mutilation, which is very serious. Thus, it's very important to be healthy mentally.
Good luck my friends!
